Ingredients:
250g chopped cabbage
50g chopped carrot
1/4 onion, chopped
1/3 green apple, chopped
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsps condensed milk
1 tsp salt
Method:
- Mix separatly, the chopped carrot, green apple and onion with a little salt. Leave for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry on clean kitchen towel.
- Mix maysnnaise with condensed milk and 2 tbsps of water.
- Combine chopped vegetables and mayonnasise dressing in a large mixing bowl. Toss and mix thoroughly. Chill for an hour before serving.
