1 can crescent rolls
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 cup sliced hash browns
1 onion, diced
1 small can of mushroom pieces
1 package shredded cheese (any Cheese)
Method:
- Brown pork sausage. Use a 9 1/2x13-inch cake pan; grease the cake pan and pat the crescent rolls out across the bottom. Scramble eggs and milk.
- Add pork sausage, hash browns, onion and mushrooms; pour into the cake pan. Cover the top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 until done (about 30 minutes).
